Ministry Serving Opportunities
Experience the fulfillment of helping children discover Biblical truths in a safe and engaging environment.
Nursery
CBC Kids Nursery exists to serve the families of our church by providing a safe environment for little children (age babies–4 years old) to learn big truths about God.
Must be a member in order to serve. Children ages 9–12 may serve in the nursery while accompanied by a parent. Ages 13 and above may serve in the nursery without a parent present.
Sunday Mornings
Serve during one of our Sunday gatherings (8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 a.m.)
Thursday Mornings
Women's Bible Study child care every Thursday from 9:30–11:45 a.m. and we need volunteers for the classrooms during those times. This is paid hourly.
Event Nursery Team
This is a paid opportunity—membership is not required. We need help caring for children (Babies–4 years old) during extra ministry events held by our church, including but not limited to Start Here Classes, Family Meetings, and Holiday gatherings.
Elementary
CBC Kids Elementary exists to partner with parents to introduce kids to the Bible, the Gospel, and the Attributes of God.
Must be a member in order to serve. Ages 14 and above may serve, however, middle school students are allowed to serve alongside a parent.
Classroom Volunteer
Lead a short section of the lesson and support other leaders by helping kids stay engaged and assisting with crafts, games, and Bible time.
CBC Kids Coordinator
Serve by greeting families & checking kids and teachers in. The Kids Coordinator is responsible for ensuring classroom ratios are followed.
Safety Monitor
Serve by making sure that anyone entering the area has clearance.The Safety Monitor directs guests who arrive late to the appropriate room. Alerts other team members if there is any kind of emergency - assists coordinator if necessary.
Event Elementary Team
This is a paid opportunity—membership is required. We need help caring for children during Start Here Classes held by our church (quarterly).
