Kids Ministry Director

At Community Bible Church, we don't believe children's ministry is childcare. We believe it is an opportunity to point children to Jesus and partner with parents as the primary disciple-makers of their kids.
Every Sunday, hundreds of children walk through our doors during one of the most formative seasons of their lives- shaping their understanding of God, the gospel, Scripture, the church, and the Christian life. Long before they choose colleges, careers, or spouses, they are forming beliefs about who God is, what He is like, and why that matters.
We're looking for someone who sees that reality, gets excited, and is eager to invest in their lives.
The CBC Kids Ministry Director will oversee both our CBC Littles and CBC Kids ministries, with more focused leadership of Pre-K–5th grade ministry through the development of a skilled team of volunteers who are committed to faithfully teaching God's word, resourcing parents to aid in their discipleship of their children, and helping children learn how to follow Jesus, become like Jesus, and live on mission with Jesus!
Family Ministry Administrative Assistant
Full-Time
Community Bible Church is looking for a full-time administrative assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to the family and student ministries. Duties will include: Assisting family ministry leaders with administrative needs such as volunteer recruitment and onboarding; planning and organizing administration for various student camps; coordinating with the Kids Director and Family Pastor to plan and execute CBCKids Camp; assist in developing maintaining and updating family ministry processes and system.
