The CBC Ministry Internship is a 10-month program specifically designed to help men and women grow in their ministry leadership and service to the local church. Working alongside CBC pastors and staff, this program offers hands-on ministry experience, focused training, and intentional mentoring to develop future ministry leaders.
This program is for those who desire to serve in the local church, learn more about what it’s like to work in ministry, discover and develop their gifts, and discern a calling to vocational ministry.

Intern Expectations
Beginning in August, interns will be placed with a ministry supervisor to work alongside during the year. Each intern will be a paid staff member of CBC ($12/hr) who is expected to work 20 hours a week.
Interns must be present for weekly Intern Training Meetings on Tuesday afternoons from 2:00–3:30 p.m. and are encouraged to attend weekly staff meetings on Tuesdays from 11:00–11:45 a.m. The internship concludes at the end of May.
