The CBC Ministry Internship is a 10-month immersive program designed to equip future ministry leaders through hands-on experience, focused training, and intentional mentorship.

This program is designed for individuals desiring to explore further and discern a potential calling to vocational ministry. Participants will learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities in ministry, be given leadership opportunities, and intentionally discover and develop their God-given gifts.
In this program, you will work alongside CBC pastors and staff, getting hands-on ministry experience, focused training, and intentional mentoring. You will also grow in your understanding of scripture, doctrines, spiritual disciplines, biblical hermeneutics, and so much more through the weekly training class with other interns.
Intern Expectations
Beginning in August, interns will begin working with a ministry supervisor and mentor. Interns will work alongside this supervisor throughout the 10-month internship and progressively be given more responsibility over that time period to allow for further growth and development as needed.
